Smiley Dental is an exceptional practice. I have been a patient for several years and have always received excellent care. The office facilities are easily accessible, comfortable, clean, and well laid out. The equipment used is state of the art and well maintained. The front desk staff is friendly, welcoming, well trained and professional in all manners. I have never witnessed any “drama” among staff. The technicians are also welcoming, friendly, professional and skilled. It is clearly a well run unit. All my appointments have started on time and the interactions of staff are professional and efficient and they seem to take a genuine interest in each of their patients. Staff retention is high and they work together pleasantly- in my opinion an excellent indicator of a practice’s health. As a retired physician who ran a large, busy practice, my perception is that this is an extremely well run practice giving quality care. Dr. Renshaw, my dentist, is friendly, kind, and skilled: a true professional. She multitasks efficiently while giving skilled, efficient and experienced care. In difficult situations she shows no signs of frustration as she remains focused on the task and effectively problem solves. She manages her staff with professional skill and appropriate demeanor. Her communication style is friendly but direct and to the point. She shows appropriate care and concern for her patients and their situation. This is an A+ 5-star organization.

Today was my first visit at this office. I was met with so many smiling faces. The paperwork was easily completed online before my appt which made it quick and easy. I havent been to a dentist in years because of the anxiety surrounding it, and they eased all of my anxiety. I had Kandie and she was WONDERFUL! She explained everything and answered any questions I had. I felt as if I was a family member to her, as she was so compassionate and caring. She gave suggestions on what to do moving forward and I felt that I was valued and had everyone’s full attention while I was in the office. Would recommend over and over. So glad I finally found a dentist office that I love.

Always a good and friendly experience, no matter which hygienist or dentist I see! They always run on time, and the front desk staff is friendly and accommodating to schedules and following through with cancellation lists, etc. They are just as great and gentle with kids as adults! Highly recommend them!

Smile Dental is the only place you need to go for all your dental needs. My family and I have been going there for 20+ years and have been taken care of very well! They will refer you to an orthodontist or another specialist if a situation comes up that needs taken care. They are just simply the best with their knowledgeable and experience staff and dentists. My previous teeth cleaning session I had with Smiley Dental was particularly good. I'm admittedly not the biggest fan of the dentist and had been planning on finding one closer to my current home having moved, however after the thoroughness and expertise I saw in my care from my hygienist I think Stephanie and Dr. Renshaw I'll definitely be continuing to come back. No pokes, answered any questions I had, gave me pricing quotes, got x-rays from previous offices I've visited, and even gave me some good news. Dr. Holowicki as well as the rest of the team have been great in the past as well. Will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I both recently needed dental work involving an implant and several crowns and all we can say is Smiley Dental is the best dental practice we have ever gone to! Also, a five-star rating for the dental lab downstairs that Smiley Dental uses—their work is excellent!

I have been a patient of this practice for 35 yrs. My entire family were patients here for many yrs. If u want to get the best dental care in the area, switch to my dentist, Dr Jeffrey Holowickie and his outstanding staff. Their equipment is updated regularly, the staff is well-trained and always friendly. The office is beautiful. Of course, the dentistry is most impt. U will never be disappointed. My dentist was #1 in his dental class at OSU, just like his predecessor, Sam Smiley. I attribute the fact that my teeth look better than a lot of the people my age, because of who with and where I get care for my teeth.

Everyone was very professional and so friendly. Sam Smiley’s Group has taken good care of our whole family’s dental needs for maybe thirty years. We all floss every night! I feel very relaxed during my teeth cleaning appointments and I actually look forward to them. We will miss Sam Smiley when he retires at the end of the year, however, Jeff Hollowicky will continue to provide excellent leadership for the Smiley Dental Group. Had a wonderful experience as a first-timer at Smiley Dental. My hygienist Stephanie was excellent. Dr. Renshaw was thorough and efficient. The staff were friendly and everyone was very welcoming. Going to the dentist is never my favorite thing to do, but with an office and staff like this, I can convince myself it won’t ever be too bad.

Dr. H is beyond amazing! If anyone is looking for a dentist Dr. Holowicki is great. I had a terrible experience with a tooth pulling about 10 years ago with a dentist in Utah. He has eased my mind everytime I come see him. I have since gotten braces to get an implant and he is so supportive (due to spacing where the implant goes). I took his recommendation of an orthodontist and will never look back. Dr. Holowicki is my guy and he should be yours!

My first time there was the best experience I’ve ever had at any dentistry. Very kind and professional staff and I honestly recommend them for any teeth problems you may have. They fixed my removed crown easily and even gave me advice about my sensitive teeth. If I ever have teeth problems on the future I’ll be choosing Smileys help again.

I was not looking forward to the crown Dr. Holowicki said I needed. Who doesn't dread having their teeth worked on? However, from the numbing injection to the final placement of the crown, it was the best dental experience I have ever had.! Dr. Holowicki's office runs smoothly and effortlessly, putting the patient's comfort at the forefront. I hope I don't need more dental work, but if I do, I know I will be in great hands.

Smiley is a extremely well-functioning operation with care and expertise dedicated to excellent outcomes. I asked for less anesthesia for my filling replacement. The dentist asked some key questions to assess the best solution, and made certain I was comfortable throughout the process. The person who put in the new fillings approached the task with attention to detail and unspoken pride. I'm smiling!

I had my first appointment for a dental cleaning this morning with Taylor. She was so nice! She made sure I was comfortable, talked me through everything she was doing and listened to my concerns. I haven’t been to the dentist in many years due to a negative experience. When Dr. Moore checked my teeth, he was also extremely nice and mapped out a plan to correct discoloration and fillings. I was extremely nervous about going to the dentist after so many years, but Taylor and Dr. Moore couldn’t have made my experience any better!

I must say that this is and has always been the most wonderful experience for me. I left today not only so happy with the way I was treated but to be so relaxed through the entire time, because of an individual who took the time not only to work with my dental needs but to make me feel how she cares about me as a person, leaving with a bright smile was not only a pleasure, but a tribute to a lady who made me proud to say where I go to take care of my dental needs.

Dr. Holowicki was highly recommended to me after I sustained a serious fall. All of my front upper teeth were lost in the fall. Needless to say it was not a pretty sight. I typically don't review on line but thought this was a way to thank Smiley Dental for such a wonderful experience. This is the single BEST dental practice! I had a situation and Yvonne scheduled me early the next morning.. She went out of her way to help. ******, the Dental Hygienist, was exceptional! She utilized techniques which were new to me. She also provided educational information which was so helpful. Dr. ********* was able to see me as well. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and kind. The entire team is patient focused and have cutting edge techniques. They make sure your visit so positive and you want to come back!! I am so grateful for their care.

So fast, efficient and courteous. I’ve taken my daughter in same day for a toothache and we were done in about 30 minutes including xrays. Dr. Moore and Holowicki are both pleasant and professional. I loved Dr. Smiley too. I saw Dr. Holowicki today who is knowledgeable, skilled, and kind. I’m impressed by their dedication to service and professionalism and feel lucky to have found them.

I was having severe pain in my lower jaw and they got me in the same day. Everyone was extremely nice and the visit was fast and effective. Dr. Renshaw was very understanding and even made sure my referral to a dental surgeon happened asap. When you have tooth pain, having a dental group who are understanding, fast, and effective helps so much!

2022 did not treat my wife and I very well and so far 2023 has been just a bust I had to have a root canal done due to on a tooth and I went to see Jeff to see if he could replace a temporary filling that popped out a week later while I had surgery. Never did find the old temp. Not sure I want to! He thought I was ready for my Crown but when I told him the problems that we were having with my wife's health and with my own health he immediately said I understand and he put a replacement temporary filling in. Mary Ann was very helpful and very patient she worked with me even though it was hard for me to even keep a straight face thanks Mary Ann. I trust Smiley only does what is appropriate and cost effective. Once my wife and I are back on our feet we will come in to show you our BUCKEYE PRIDE!

An annoying toothache brought me into Smiley Dental Group's offices this week and after a quick check by the hygienist and Dr. Holowicki, I was diagnosed with a cracked tooth that had undergone a root canal 5 years earlier, and there was a pretty bad infection around the tooth under the gum. To make matters worse, I was scheduled for a much-needed knee replacement in 3 weeks, and I knew the surgeon would not do the surgery if I had any kind of infection. Dr. Holowicki knew right away this required the specialized skills of a periodontist, so he made a quick phone call and was able to schedule an appointment for me within 30 minutes at the nearby periodontist office. Before I left for the periodontist, the Dr. Holowicki explained to me the exact cause of the problem and the probable fix of the problem that would include an extraction and implanting a new tooth. When I arrived at the periodontist office, the hygienist and the periodontist both examined my mouth and the suspect tooth, and they determined exactly what Dr holowicki had described. They confirmed the infection, called in a prescription for an antibiotic for me that I could pick up on the way home, and scheduled an appointment for me within a few days that would start the repair. The last time I had been in the dentist's office was last December, right before Dr. Sam Smiley retired. I asked Dr. Holowicki how things were going at the practice without its wonderful founder in the office, and he said that all he did was "grab hold of the reins" and continued driving what Dr. Smiley had started and grown into an excellent practice. They have always been a patient-focused practice that for me removed all anxiety about going to the dentist. Where many people are not too crazy about going to the dentist, I really enjoy my visits to the office where I can interact with the conscientious and caring staff and receive such excellent care. I've been a patient at Smiley Dental for over 30 years, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I’ve been going to Smiley Dental for a long time and I cannot say enough good things about it. Every single person who works there is warm, friendly, and helpful. For someone who is super anxious about going to the dentist it is a wonderful way to put my mind (and nerves) at ease. What a great experience with the Newest Tech from Smiley Dental Group! After having several crowns "the old fashioned way", I was very happy with the digital methods that the Smiley Group employs. It was amazing and quick and painless after a quick visit to their office! The process was great, and when I went to have the new crown installed, it fit perfectly. Absolutely amazing with the new technology. Very impressed.

Best experience I've had at the dentist. First time at Smiley and everyone made me feel comfortable. The entire staff was friendly. The tech was great. The dentist was great. No one tried to get me to purchase unnecessary dental procedures. Went as good as going to the dentist could go. Will be my dentist going forward.

Dr. Holowicki and all of his hygienists are fabulous and skilled in what they do! Pain free cleanings, pain free crowns, pain free fillings, repairs and Invisalign. Stephanie was my hygienist today and she was wonderful! She was Great at anticipating my needs and did a knock out job on my teeth and a great visit overall! This office is not a place I dread…but I’m excited to go! Please take this review seriously…I don’t have any family or friends that work there. Lol!

I came to Smiley Dental in need for my crown to be put back on tooth; yes it crown manage to get loose. In which this never happen to me before. Well this day started of fine when I call the dentist and let them no what insurance I have I was told my insurance was ACCEPTED then when I got there I found out it was not accept.
